To be eligible for coverage under our Insurance Policy, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must have purchased the optional Shipping insurance during the checkout process.
  • The issue must be reported to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date or within 20 days of discovering the issue, whichever comes first.
  • You must provide necessary documentation and evidence of the issue, such as clear photographs of damaged items or relevant shipping information.

Claims Process

To initiate a claim under our Delivery Insurance Policy, please follow these steps: 

  • Submit a request through our website with detailed information. This link also allows you to upload a photo if the product is damaged.
  • We will review your claim and may request additional documentation to support your case.
  • Once your claim is approved, we will promptly process a replacement shipment of equal value.


Our Delivery Insurance Policy does not cover the following: 

  • Issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer during the order placement.
  • Damage or issues occurring after the order has been successfully delivered to the correct shipping address.
